Rahul Dayal
Rahul Dayal is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Innovation Officer of CardinalNorth. With over 20 years of experience in the federal contracting space, Rahul combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and relentless work ethic to lead the company’s mission to transform government IT.
From starting as an intern at the USDA in 1998 to holding executive roles in IT strategy and business development, Rahul has built a reputation as an early adopter of emerging technologies. He founded CardinalNorth to bring startup agility to GovCon, with solutions like the Federal Digital Transformation Suite (FDTS), designed to modernize systems, automate workflows, and secure operations with Zero Trust principles.
Rahul’s leadership is rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning. Outside of work, he is deeply family-oriented and values the grit it takes to build a business while staying connected to what matters most.
